Dog Bless Rescue Partners
Our Partners

Dog Bless Rescue Partners rescues dogs from California and Alabama. In both places we have partners that assess, vet, foster and transport the dogs. They are our eyes and ears at the shelters and we are forever grateful for their hard work and effort which is critical to our success.

Ongoing appreciation to our sponsors and partners - in particular

Kim Toepfer, Rescue One and Rescue K9-1-1 without whom none of this would be possible

The board members of Lake Martin Humane Society in Alexander City, Alabama for helping us rescue some of their pups

Dr. Leanne Du Mars and Staff of Pet Medical Centre who provide top notch care for all of our Fresno rescues

Drs. Gaunt, Stacey and Russell of Elk Lake Veterinary Hospital who provide such excellent local veterinary care for our pups

Tracy Thomsen of Pet Pampering Victoria who provides periodic foster care and respite for many of our rescues

Carol Broad of Victoria Adoptables for helping spread the word on our available adoptees

Darcie Jennings of CommuniCanine Training & Behavioural Counselling.  Mention this Dogbless website offer when you book a training session with her and receive either $10 off each of the first two private lessons or $25 off the first set of group classes.

Janet Cheang of Happy Puppy who is a wonderful supporter offering dog grooming services in Victoria.

Volunteer Spotlight

There are many times in this rescue game when our wonderful volunteers really go the extra mile to ensure their charges make it to Victoria and one of those people is our wonderful Jana (seen here with a trio of pooches after a long day of battling the dark forces).

She is a constant source of creativity, enthusiasm and undying optimism as she works tirelessly to save our Dogbless pups. Sometimes its airline officials or Customs agents that bar her way with their ever-changing rules and regulations. And, being a front-liner, she is often the one who is forced to pick and choose which of the hundreds of deserving pups, most times in truly terrible circumstances, gets a ticket to freedom. Then she fosters and nurses many back to health after they have their medical procedures (spay/neuter, worming, shots) done. We just want to honour and thank you, Jana, from the bottom of our hearts (human and canine alike). You help make all our rescues possible and I know we will be forever grateful to you for being such an amazing support and benefactress.
