I want to thank bc and fresno volunteers for rescuing Tater. He is the most special boy in the world. We will have our 2 year anniversary together this Thanksgiving. He has brought such joy to us with his outgoing personality and gentle manner. Having only one eye doesn't slow him down. He is happy, healthy and just loves life and to race around with his big sister Maia,(Golden Retriever). You people do wonderful work!!!

Hi there, We are giving you an update on how Allie (formerly Fancy) is doing. Allie has been doing very well! She's been doing obedience classes and is having tons of fun with us. She enjoys running around in the parks and her many daily walks. She's made many new dog friends (Eva and Boomer) and enjoys play with them on a weekly basis. She has been to Tofino camping and boating to Roache Harbour and so far she loves the snow!
Thank you for finding Allie for us
Paige, Tara, Terry and Jenelle!

Just helping a friend look for a new dog; saw your site. Wow what a wonderful job you are doing. She asked if you had a phone number she could call. I went through every dog back to the first rescue, great stories. Both my cat and dog are rescues and they are treasures to me. I will pass on your info. BTR

This is an update of Jackson(Tyson) from Dog Bless and Dylan(Jett) from Victoria Adoptables. They are doing so well. Jackson is about 35 pounds and look like a minature lab--we're pretty sure he's a beagle/ lab X. He's such a confident, happy liitle dog. He's very calm, well behaved and we love him so much. He's in obedience classes and is doing really well. We all go for walks every day at Centennial Prak in Central Saanich so he gets lots of exercise and socialization. Thank you so much for allowing us to adopt him. Thank you for all your efforts and success at rescuing dogs

Welcome to Alabama, hope your stay is as pleasant as possible, considering the circumstances.
My wife and I have a dog from Elmore County Humane and another from here at Lake Martin Shelter. We believe you visited both while here, and we have visited Rescue-K911 once, donating dog food.
We want to thank you for helping Rescue-K911 save so many precious lives. Until recently, we had no idea that such rescue groups existed to transport dogs long distances to be adopted. FANTASTIC !
Once again thanks to all involved in this endeavour, from Alabama to Canada.

Hi all, just an update on Harley (nee Gerald). He is just over 8 months and around 70lb. So much for the medium sized dog. He has blended into our pack quite well, especially with his big little sister Jessie (our other Alabama dog). He still loves to chew so we are working with that. He is such a happy and loving guy we are pleased he found us. Thanks again to Kim.

Hello again, everyone at Dog Bless! Just thought I'd pop by with an update on Lola (Previously Cheagle). As of late June we have added two beagle brothers for her to romp around the yard with! (rescued from Beagle Paws) They're both around a year old as well, and she simply has a field day running around the house with them and causing a general ruckus She also just recently graduated her puppy education classes! She's doing much better when it comes to meeting other dogs, especially since we got the boys, too. She really enjoys her Sunday walks down at the beacon hill dog walk, and we have recently discovered that small toys just don't suit her, as her favorites seem to be ones for the boys, which are practically the size of her! I would've posted a link to a new pic of her, too (she's more photogenic then she lead to believe!) but, unfortunately, the message board won't let me post a link. Oh well.
Anyway, thank you so much, again, for giving me the opportunity to adopt such a sweet little dog!

Hey Lovely Dog Bless Partners:
Thanks so much letting us bring Samantha into our home! She is so loving and snuggly she's just one big Sook. We almost changed her name but to Samantha she came best so now she's Smance, Smanci or Sha-Man!! She is excellent with the kids and has grown to really like men after being timid at first. She sleeps curled up under the covers next to any one of us and loves hiding her bones in the kids's rooms. We love her so much. Thanks again for everything you guys are doing for the dogs. xo
